Does Jamie's deliver and how much is the delivery fee?

Jamie's specializes in delivery. However, at this time, we only offer delivery services in Kitengela and environs, including Athi River, Mlolongo, Syokimau, etc. There is no minimum order amount, but delivery fees may apply, including a small order fee. FREE delivery applies to predetermined areas around Jamie's outlet. Please Contact Us to determine if you fall within our specified delivery area.

How do I pay?

You can pay online using mpesa or credit-card or choose to pay cash on delivery. Note that cash on delivery is limited to regular customers.

Can I pay by cash on delivery?

You can pay by cash on delivery if you are a repeat customer. As a first time customer, please Contact Us to discuss your situation.

Can I change my order after placing it?

It depends on how far in the process your order is. Contact Us and let us know what changes you would like to make. We'll do everything in our power to make it happen.

How can I find my order status?

If you have any concerns about your order status, Call Us. We'll tell you where your food is!

Should I tip my courier?

Up to you! If you think they deserve it, why not? Couriers are free to accept or decline tips, but they should never ask for it.

What can I do if I receive my food and discover that there is a problem with my order?

Contact Us immediately and we'll work out an appropriate solution.

Why didn't my order arrive despite paying?

If you never received your order but were charged for it, Call Us. We'll review what happened and make any necessary adjustments.

Do you give out receipts?

We send out e-mail confirmation that works as receipts. If you wish a receipt in PDF format for accounting purposes, simply Contact Us and we'll sort you out as fast as possible.
