However, at this time, we only offer delivery services in Kitengela and environs, including Athi River, Mlolongo, Syokimau, etc. There is no minimum order amount, but delivery fees may apply, including a small order fee. FREE delivery applies to predetermined areas around Jamie's outlet. Please Contact Us to determine if you fall within our specified delivery area.

You can pay online using mpesa or credit-card or choose to pay cash on delivery. Note that cash on delivery is limited to regular customers.

You can pay by cash on delivery if you are a repeat customer. As a first time customer, please Contact Us to discuss your situation.

It depends on how far in the process your order is. Contact Us and let us know what changes you would like to make. We'll do everything in our power to make it happen.

If you have any concerns about your order status, Call Us. We'll tell you where your food is!

Up to you! If you think they deserve it, why not? Couriers are free to accept or decline tips, but they should never ask for it.
